MCCC's digital campaigns were generating clicks but not converting. The text-to-schedule feature captured contact information directly and made it effortless for mobile users to take the next step.


Results came quickly. The 23% increase in inbound inquiries was driven largely by the text feature — which proved so effective that MCCC expanded it across all of their mobile campaigns.
